You have to wait until you get response from Home Office.Dont worry you will be contacted soon it could take 6 to 24 weeks .Normally within 12 weeks you will be contacted.

Post by Zeemalik17 » Sun Nov 11, 2018 1:12 pm

Its a big yes after long wait,
thanks everyone for helping me,
My husband is granted FLFP 2.5 years. In letter its written that after 4 extensions he can apply for ILR,
MY solicitor advised me to change category from FLRP to FLRM, and after changing it he can apply ILR after 5 years, Please advise me.
again thanks for helping me.

Are you now able to meet all the conditions for FLR(M) :?:
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
