How long does it take to get decision for ilr spouse Visa (applying in uk)?

Is this a set m ILR application or a spouse visa application?

ILR can only be applied for within the UK.

I got my ilr. Now I need my wife to apply. Partner of a settled person. I think she has to go for 5 years to get ilr

I found it is 8 weeks from inside UK.

Is 1 bedroom flat ok to accommodate 2 adults and one child below 4 years old? Is it overcrowded according to UKVi
