Hello everyone I am from Algeria I overstayed my visitor Visa in the UK 2 years ago I got married to a British citizen and I have a baby the thing is that I don't want to go to Algeria to apply from there as I ll have to pass my army duty if i go back i was reading about flrfp but they said I am not eligible for it because I am living with my wife and that I have to apply for flr m which is not possible bcz my wife is on maternity allowance can anyone please help me thanks alot in advance

But she doesnt earn 18600 per year and we haven't been living together for 2 years

2 hears living together is for unmarried partners.

How did you marry in the UK, islamic ceremony or at registry office after ho approval??

Both Islamic one more then a year ago and the registered one 5 months ago then I had my daughter 40 days ago

It can take up to 6 months and often more than a year.

FLR fp has a fairly high refusal rate with similar circumstances.

No one on the forum, all of us strangers, can say if you will be successful or not.
