post-flight spouse and child visa

Post by postflight » Wed Jun 12, 2019 4:25 pm

Hi there,
My husband has a refugee status in the UK. Me and our child will apply to join him. But we couldn't find the exact application forms. Can anyone provide the link for that? Thanks in advance.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Thank you Casa.

As far as I know, we'll be paying 388 GBP each for visa fee. And my spouse visa will be issued for 63 months if we are eligible for it. Is this information correct? Anyone who has experience in this visa type?

Does anyone has experience in post flight spouse visa application? On visa4uk, should I pick up wife section? There is post flight non settled person option, I think it does not cover us.
