Spouse Visa Extension questions

Hello,

I will soon be applying for my Wife's Spouse Visa Extension & I have few questions:

She is currently not working but I am working and my yearly income is 35000 pounds, will that be ok for the application?
Do i need to show some funds for my wife in her bank account? If yes then how much?
We have a joint bank account so can she put statements from this joint bank account if bank statement is a requirement for my wife?

Please can someone help with above questions?

How does she qualify for a spouse visa extension as she appears to have switched to FLR(M) from tier 4 late last year?? Her FLR(M) she received in 2018 would be valid for 2.5 years.
