Supporting documents for family visa as a spouse

Post by chubbziee » Mon Aug 12, 2019 2:35 pm

Hi,

I need your advise please.

My friend (British citizen) is applying for family visa as a spouse for her husband (Non-EU/filipino) so he can join her in the UK and they can live together.

Do you need to translate supporting documents such as letters, cards, online chat messages (proof of genuine relationship) by certified translator or can you do it yourself?

Your help is greatly appreciated :D

If that foreign language was written in English format then maybe not.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Their conversations, letters, cards, etc. were written in filipino language (tagalog). Will these need english translation?
