Switching from fiance visa to spouse

Post by hevlouise » Sat Aug 24, 2019 2:42 pm

Hi all, thank you in advance.

My partner is Thai, came to UK on a Fiance visa in May 2019. We were married at the beginning of August and so now we're applying for her FLR (m).

I'm a little stuck on the online application form - just that it asks what visa my partner is currently on. The exact question is:
What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK?

Among the options for answers are: 'Family' and 'Settlement'

Which one should I choose? Settlement?

Current visa says 'D-Marriage/CP Standard'.
In the previous application form for fiance visa we chose 'settlement' 'settlement' 'marriage'.

Many thanks!

Same choices as previous application.
