Allhamdullilah recieved decision withdrawal email today! Does anyone know how long it will take for them to send the ihs link?
Within 8 weeks the process of having the visa in your passport will be done. So after withdrawal it can take upto 4 weeks to get an email regarding ihs hopefully sooner . X
Can you please share your timeline from refusal up to passport pickup

Oh okay is that 4 weeks after you got the letter from home office or from court? Because i got the letter from home office on 5th august and from the judge on 7th august regarding the withdrawal.

Yeah it may be due to the backlog the visa centres at Pakistan are facing... they’re slowly starting to return passports of people who completed biometrics around January/February time. Still a long wait but I’ll update you if I hear anything
Hi, have you still not heard anything back?

Still awaiting but some reason they emailed my MP to give them an update and that my husbands IHS payment was done and he had given his passport. As my Mp were also involved with moving things along after Covid as we were waiting for further instruction for submitting the passport.

I was wondering if I should call the Home office using the £1.37 helpline and see if they may email Islamabad, Any thoughts
thanks

Oh yh try it, or maybe get your mp to give them a message asking what the delay is? I emailed the british embassy for pakistan today and they gave me a number to ring, i rang that and the guy said he doesn't know what the delay is but it can take up to 60 working days to receive passport back 😤😤

My MP is involved too from before. They messaged my MP saying they are waiting for my IHS payment, which I’ve already given and passport has been submitted 5/6 weeks ago! Sometimes they don’t even know what they are talking about. I sent the MP my IHS confirmation email and she has forwarded it onto them to confirm I have paid my IHS payment. Anyway it’s just a waiting game for all of us I guess 😭
