Hello , Can you please advise me. I am on spouse visa here for last 2.5 year. I need to apply for extension.
Please let me know how and what steps to take?
Is it correct that ,
1. Fill the online form.
2. Pay the fee and NHS fee.
3. Make the Bio-metric appointment.
4. Upload the documents.
5. Download the forms.
6. Take all the papers to biometric.

Is it the correct procedure?
Please ADVISE.
Thanks

Yes. There are numerous threads about that including members personal experiences.

If the "forms" you are referring to in step 5 are the various consent forms/declarations, the completed ones will also have to be uploaded before the biometric appointment.

Yes. No problem to apply just before expiry.

You have already identified the steps in your previous post, so I'm not sure what more your're looking for. If you have more specific questions, happy to help with that.

Thank you so much for your reply.
We are not too sure about the procedure.
All we know is that ,
1. We will fill the online FLR application.
2. Pay the fee and NHS surcharge.
3. Upload the required documents i.e. payslips, bank statements, employee letter etc.
4. Make the bio-metric appointment.
5. Print the entire application form.
6. Take all the documents and form to bio-metric place.
NOW, First of all are these the right steps.
Secondly we do not know about NHS surcharge.
Thirdly How to book the Bio-metric appointment and where to go?
So IF YOU CUD KINDLY GUIDE US ON THESE POINTS, WE SHALL APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT.
Thanks

You seem to have the steps right. It will become clearer as you complete the steps. Once you submit the online apication form, the website will direct you to make the payments for nhs etc. Once you have paid, the website will direct you to the ukcvas website where you can book your biom appointment and upload your documents.

You do not have to upload documents, you can pay ukcvas extra to scan and upload and check documents for you during your appointment. All these options will become apparent as you complete each step. The main thing is to fill and submit the gov form and pay the fees. Then you will be guided which documents to show and how to book the biom apptmnt process.

On filling out the govs form, you will also be given a checklist of specific documents to provide and links to download the declaration forms that will need to be printed, signed and uploaded or taken to the biom apptmnt.

Your post has been moved to your own topic from the other member's thread you had tagged your question onto. Also the thread was almost 12 months old. Please continue to post here.
