Shondra Sharma wrote: ↑Sun Mar 22, 2020 2:29 pmHi forum,
Me and my wife applying flr(fp) extension under 10 year route. My child is British.
In online form: there is a section: Non-applying parents —What does that means?
Do you have a partner who is not applying on this application?
Yes OR NO
Could you please help me out?

For flr(fp) extension 10 year route
Do I need a employment letter?
Please anyone reply.
Thank you
If you have to meet a financial requirement (e.g. adequate maintenance) and are using employment income to meet that requirement, then yes, you would have to provide an employment letter. Generally under the 10 year route, the financial requirement would not be applicable though.Shondra Sharma wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 12:56 amHi Forum

Same answer. If you have to meet a financial requirement, then it is a required piece of evidence for income from employment. Note that the same online application form is typically used for visas covering a variety of situations and just because it comes up on the form does not necessarily mean it is required. Details on required evidence for the various family life categories are in the guidance document linked below.Shondra Sharma wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 10:13 amIs it alright just tick employment letter even I don’t have this
