Apply normal, as there is an 8 weeks max for FLR (M) applications.

Since one day service not available, you will have to go with the available option and keep fingers crossed for quick outcome.

Though delay on the implementation of increasing IHS fees, if you are ready go right ahead.

FLR applications are facing alot of backlogs at the moment and they are taking more than 8 weeks to be decided and I have heard they are looking at September applications at the moment.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.

It does their(HO) service time no good if your application is delayed unduly.
At this point your application is being looked at,your have provided what was missing...be upbeat awaiting positive outcome soonest.
