Is there any template available for supporting documents for caring related for sponsoring parents?

What are the circumstances of your parents??

Presumably it is your parents in Pakistan?

What health issues do they have?

How old are they?

What family do they have in Pakistan?

This is the most difficult visa to get. If you risk it and it is refused, which it will be, it shuts the door to any future visitor visas.

There is also no template!! People very rarely take the risk with this visa.

Do BOTH of your parents require daily help with carrying out basic tasks, such as bathing, dressing, preparing food etc.

If so, is the care either not available in their home country, or is not affordable?

As CR001 has advised, if their Adult Dependent visas are refused, visitor visa applications in the future will also be refused, due to their prior intention to settle in the UK.

The route to settlement for adult dependent relatives has been virtually closed since the Immigration Rules were tightened in July 2012.

Slightly different question from my initial if they were granted a visa, do they get ILR straight away and after 1 year able to apply for citizenship?

They require at least five years residence in the UK.

They do get ILR straight away if they get the ADR visa, but for naturalisation, they also need to meet the separate requirement of five years residence in the UK AND the mandatory (i.e. one that the Home Office can't ignore/dispense with) requirement of being physically present in the UK five years before the date of application for naturalisation.

Also see the threads on Adult dependant relative – care requirement and Older dependent relatives, which should answer many of your questions, and this thread from earlier today..
