Switching from FLR(FP) to SET (LR)

Hi,

My Mrs has applied FLR(FP) 3rd visa extension back in 25 Sep 2020 & Biometrics on 7 Oct 2020. But so far we have not received any response from UKVI. Though our circumstances have not been changed (even have gone better considering her ties with UK) yet don't know how long its going to take for this extension decision.

Luckily my Mrs is nearly about to complete her 10 years of legal stay in UK. Therefore I am wondering any possibility switching her application from FLR(FP) to SET (LR) application.

All her previous residence in UK is legal as: Tier 4 Student dependent + PSW dependent + FLR (FP- 10 years partner route)

She already has passed her LIUK and approved B1 English language test as well.

So could I ask about the possibility and procedure of switching ?
