Im in the process of applying for my wifes visa she came in the Uk on a fiance visa and after we got married she switched to a spouse visa where currently stuck on the questions "Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner including as a fiance or proposed civil partner" we assume this would be a no and the next question "reason for extension" we're not sure whether to put in 1st extension as a partner or additional extension as a partner

Please help

I think “additional extension as a partner”. Don’t forget at least A2 English language. Preferably, B1.
