FLR FP super priority application

Just apply for my overstayer partner FLRFP . She was here as a student before her visa expired and our 2 kids got there naturalisation certificate and I have indefinite leave to remain . We paid for super priory service which is 1852 pounds . Just curious when should we be expecting call or letter for her biometric as this is was her first time applying .

Super priority is not suitable for complex cases and overstayers.

If you applied online, you are suppose to book your biometric appointment when directed to the UKCVAS portal. You don't get a letter or call.

It is also unlikely she will get a quick decision.

But we were allowed to book it and also if not I think the HO should have stated that . Just curious

Just because you had the option in the online form, doesn't mean you will get the application processed as super priority. The online form simply gives the options,it is not designed to check your eligibility before giving you the options.

Super priority is not a guaranteed service

Well it’s less than a week and was already allow to upload all my proof online and waiting for biometric now .

If you have the money it’s worth it as the documents was upload around 11pm and guess was the application was approved even without biometric. So go for it happy family now after 9yrs

Also it’s an overstayers application with 2 British kids and British partner

Yes I upload everything from phone on Sunday 1st of august around 11pm and a decision letter was send on Monday 2nd of august around 1pm that its been granted. Means less than 24hrs decision

Does the account with the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another who is to provide you financial support. Pls should I click on Yes or No

If there is no third party involved in providing you financial support, select No

Print outs that resembles what normally comes from the bank is acceptable.
While guidance talks about stamp, not read of any rejection using online statements that appears as the description in previous paragraph.

Thank you so much . What about her payslips? They stopped posting payslip because of Covid. So we printed it out . I guess we don’t need to get the payslips stamped as well.
