Can i travel while FLR M Under Process

Hi

I applied for FLR M on 10/06/21 and 8 weeks are completing on 03/08/21. I am hoping to get response by then. Due to some personal reasons it is very important for me to travel to Pakistan on 04/08/21. my husband will be in UK to collect BRP or to deal with any complication.

By law can i travel?

If you (the applicant) leave the UK while the application (or any immigration application, upto and including ILR) is in progress, it is automatically treated as withdrawn. And you don't get a refund either.

You will require it for your return journey. You have to be sure you spouse will definitely receive and bring it over, there lies the risk and ultimately your decision to make.

Thanks Amazonian. Do they ask valid BRP at the time of departure at Uk airports, i dnt remember? Actually we missed the delivery today, The TNT driver was in hurry and despite waving hand from window he left the door and declared missed delivery. I have re-arranged the delivery tomorrow and hopefully catch it.

When exiting not much concern is given to validity, rather it is to establish identity. Do they redeliver so fast and noting its weekend. Best of luck.
