I am a British citizen and I applied my 2 years old son settlement dependent visa on dated 10th may 2021. Timeline is here

Bio metric DONE: 18/05/2021
Acknowledgment Email/UK Decision Making Center Email: 01/01/2021
Immigration health surcharge: top up payment needed: 22/07/2021

How long home office take to give back passport of my child?
how many chances that visa will be granted if home office request to submit passport?

During this waiting time my wife and one son's 90 days vignette visa expired and i again applied their replacement visa so extra charges i paid for waiting my little one visa .
