That seems about right. However, even if the HO have withdrawn their objections, it still depends whether the decision involves giving a visa or is it an open decision? If its an open decision, a HO SAT (Specialist Appeals Team) will look at the adjudicator decision first before forwarding it to the BHC.batleykhan wrote:It looks as though, the Home Office has withdrawn their challenge to your appeal.Obviously if that has happened, they will have notified the adjuticator of the withdrawl for reasons only known to them.
It looks as though the HO have sent the decision to you before the adjuticator. That should follow soon.
I would wait for the confirmation from IAS and the Adj decision, before celebrating. Even if they have withdrwan and agreed to give visa, dont expect things to happen soon.Mine took over 3 months before the visa was issued in Pakistan.
Back to zero like Home Office is owns the time and can reset whenever they like >>>Frontier Mole wrote:Decision withdrawn.
It basically sets the clock back to zero. The visa application will be started again so to speak. That could be a good or a bad thing.
Good if they grant the visa.
Bad if they refuse and add more negatives into the RFRL.
It does not mean the appeal has been won. There will be no decision from the AIT in these circumstances.
