children 7 year route query

Hello My children born outside UK would complete 7 years by June 2023. They are on my PBS dependent visa. I was on 5 years T2 ICT and now on Tier 2 skilled worker from 2021 May.

I heard there are some changes in March 2022 on children 7 years route. Can I know if they would be eligible for ILR or not ?
