HI
Please can anyone help me i got married in april to a gambian and we appled for a settlment visa and because all this is new to me we left out is divorce paper ,and about wear my son lives with me of course so we were refused so i looked at the ECO notes and can supply everthing they need and very good papers. so we have apealed with the new paperwork. what i would like to know is will the ECM look at the new paperwork and change is mind or will he just send it to the AIT away . so would it be better for us to reapply

if ecm changes mind then very good...but if not....make a new app, otherwise you'd be waiting for months...
