URGENT..Travelling on Biometric Resident Visa

rHi Everyone,

I am a Indian National married to a British woman and therefore have a biometric resident card..My Biometric Resident Visa runs out on November 2012. (this year) and we looking to travel to India in August 2012. our return date would be exactly three months before my visa expires.

I cant apply for my SETM yet so is it safe to travel to india with my wife and family with 3 months left on visa?

Please help

Yes, as long as your visa is valid you should be able to re-enter the country as you would not be in violation of any laws.
