Bank Transactions to verify pay

Hi all,

I am a software engineer and have been working for a company for several years. Is it necessary to provide my bank transactions detail for my 189 VISA as I was getting my pay in cash and not in bank account. I have experience letter and my company will verify my job period for the verification purpose. Is it OK or Australian immigration department will ask for my bank detail?

I would really appreciate your kind help.
