ACCA is accepted for migration purposes by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA). Bear in mind that a skill assessment is only the first requirement for skilled migration, and there are many others.babieshead wrote:Hi - I am planning to emigrate to Australia and am not sure the best way to get my professional accounting qualification (ACCA) assessed. I would like to have it assessed by the AICA, but when i read their website it seems to be that i will be required to sit some Australian Tax exams if I want to do this. They only seem to accept ACA or CiMA. Is this correct? I would rather not sit any more exams to be honest. Any help gratefully accepted and when i make it to Melbourne will happily buy the beers!
