Submission of IELTS must for Skill Assessment?

While submitted the documents to ACS for skills assessment do I have to submit IELTS score along with my degree and a reference letter?

I can get a reference letter and have my degrees attested but IELTS exams will take place after 3 months. (hard to wait for 3 long months) :roll:

Can I send my IELTS score later on or is it necessary to send the score along with degree and reference letter to ACS for skills assessment?
