HI

I am having 8 years experience in IT industry with following designations
2000-2001 Hardware Technician
2001-2005 Hardware Technician
2005-2008 Technical specialist
And in addition to this I have MCP,MCSA,MCSE
TCSP (Trend micro certified security professional )

Is these qualification enough for me to apply for visa?
Do in need to do RPL ?
