RSMS?

Hi,

At the moment I am on a 457 visa in a job i like, where i dislike my employer more and more. Long story short, it feels like playing shop. Its a small company but management has the urge to think it is a multinational. And actions close to emotional abuse. Reason I am still there, I want to stay in Australian and my life around work is really good.

Have been looking for other opportunities, but now my current employer has agreed to sponsor me permanently on the RSMS visa. Here is my issue, then technically I have to stay for another 2 years with a lunatic of an employer which really pushes me to the edge. I know that as long as you have the intention and made a honest effort to make it work your RSMS will not be cancelled. Is there anyone who has an own experience with this visa?
