Looking at Immigration

Hello,

I'm looking into the possiblity of Immigration.

I want to go over to Australia for 6-12 months to work, get a feel for how everything works, and if it's where i want to be, then make the move after coming back for say 1 month, if it's what i want.

How do i determine whether i could get a Work permit and Citezenship?

Any help appreciated
