PR Possibilities with 3+ Years of IT Experience

Hi Friends,

I am having 3 year + experience as a programmer, and i am working in india on a senior position. having 3 year plus experience and microsoft certified (MCSD.net, MCSE). What are the possibilities for me to apply for PR for australia.

I taklked to some consulatnts (Oceanic Consultants) they said for IT experinece ACS required atleast 4 years of experience. is it true or not.

Please advise me.
