Pregenancy in OZ while on spouses working visa

Hi all,

Dont know if anyone can help me with this and I dont want to approach immigration with the questions as I imagine they will be less than helpful.

My girlfriend is here on a spouses work Visa from South Africa. Her ex-partner and her are seperated but they have not told immigration so she has not been deported.

Anyway long story short, she's 6 weeks pregnant (I am an Australian citizen by birth) and I wanted to know what happens in regards to deportation in this regard. If Immigration finds out, will they deport her asap or will the tell her she has to leave after giving birth etc etc.

Anyone have any experience with this?
