Iam an offshore permanent resident to Australia with husband as secondary applicant.After coming to Australia he turned violent to me and my daughter and we were separated on intervention order.Later I realised he was criminal with fake passport from India. I reported the matter to immigration and it is verified positive with indian police.Now to save his visa status he became father to an australian citizen child with his girlfriend .Do you think based on his fake passport would he be deported or utleast detained even after having a illegitimate australian citizen child.How should the matter be communicated from india to australian immigration for fast proceedings and what would be the sequential steps of his deportation
