Thank you CStone!
Here's what the caseworker has written on his decision.
''You have been granted permission to stay in the United Kingdom (UK) as
a Family Member under the Immigration Rules on the parent
10-
year route
to settlement.
You do not meet the requirements for the
route you applied for under the family
and private life rules and I have considered whether you meet the requirements
of any other family or private life
route and decided you do and you have
therefore been granted permission as a parent on the
10-
year route to
settlement.
You meet the requirements of the parent
route because I am satisfied a refusal
would lead to unjustifiably harsh consequences and would breach your right to
respect for private and family life under Article 8 of the European Convention of
Human Rights (EHCR).
This is because you have a genuine parental relationship with your British child,
and it would be unreasonable to expect them to leave the UK.''
You have been granted permission to stay in the UK for 30 months until 17 July 2025
So this is it then, the
10 year route info will always show as you said. For a minute I thought they were actually starting the
10 years again from scratch without considering the fact that I have been on it for 2.5 years + 9 months.
Thank you!

Hello people,
I have received the decision for my first extension today. I applied for a fee waiver and submitted the application doing it myself, did not use solicitor. Its for a FLR FP private life. This is my first extension.
I was also granted the right to apply for the benefits and services, something we didn't have for the first 2.5 years.
My timeline below :
Fee waiver application : 01/2022
Fee waiver accepted : 03/2022
Extension application: 04/222
Application accepted: 01/2023
To Him must be the glory Amen!
If anyone can help I think there's something wrong though. The caseworker mentioned I was accepted under the
10 year route and that would take me to 2025. However, I've been on this
route since 2019. It seems to me they've treated this as a feat application which is no the case. I used the form for extension and I have also mentioned throughout the application and in a form of a letter to the caseworker that this was an extension, they should have considered the 2.5 years plus the 8 months wait for decision, am I correct?
Things seem to me be moving faster now, hope you all will get yours soon. Keep the faith!
Congratulations and Amen as for the 10 year even after your third extension it will say you are on a 10 route unless rules change it just describe the path you are on for settlement
