I have just been told that upper tribunal refused permission to appeal but they didn’t send a notice to me or my solicitor, they sent it only to HO. I Haven’t heard from the home office though. Now can I do a fresh claim on the basis of my brother being a British citizen and my two British nephews that I watch occasionally? I have a son 1 and half year old.Laureen007 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2019 1:18 amHi does any body know if I can contact the upper tribunal as I am still waiting for a response to appeal? And also I am looking to do a fresh claim based on my brother that is a British citizen and he has been supporting me and my son as we live with him, will that be possible to submit fresh claim as a sibling of a British citizen? And I got two British nephews as well that I watch occasionally. Please anybody with any idea to my questions please reply me thanks
With fresh claims, submitted in person as a sole applicant, you will have your biometrics taken at the same time at the new UKVCAS centres. However, if you are making a fresh claim with dependants on your application, then you will not be enrolled at the same time, as you dependants will not normally attend the appointment with you. If the caseworker later decides your application is to result in a form of leave, then you will be invited to enrol.sammy4real wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2019 4:45 pmHi guys, pls I want to ask about something that just happened to a friends of mine. One is fail asylum seeker and he just went to submit fresh claim this Thursday at Liverpool. He said they did biometric for him straightaway while submitting and they took is passport photography to use it as he didn’t go with his passport photography so they did it for him their also. He told me he was surprised bcos they had never did biometric and passport photography since he had been submitting fresh claim before. Is this the new rule to give people paper asap I mean residency quickly.
A caseworker is reviewing your file. Your further submissions are 2.5 years old and the caseworker needs to see up to date evidence. Send in all the evidence requested asap
Yes but further submissions are based on fear of returning home. You need to make your submission based on a continuing fear of persecution/humanitarian protection.Laureen007 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 29, 2019 4:12 pmI have just been told that upper tribunal refused permission to appeal but they didn’t send a notice to me or my solicitor, they sent it only to HO. Is this a Fresh Asylum Claim or Initial Asylum Claim? If it is a fresh claim you are not always invited for an interview. When did you apply for permission to work?moore100 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2019 7:52 pmhello modk79, I need some advice from you please.. Yes but further submissions are based on fear of returning home. You need to make your submission based on a continuing fear of persecution/humanitarian protection.
The Home Office will then assess any family life submissions you make as part of the same application.
Ok thank you. I will put that in and see what happens
