Yes my friend is still waiting - they applied 1st week of November from Mirpur Cat A.

Personally I think they slow down towards end of month because they have met their quota, they are giving outcomes in less than 3 months so tend to slow down!

But that's my opinion.. All the best to all!

I would like to know aswell because ive put in my appeal on monday 16th February. Have you appealed?

I've heard the appeal goes back to islamabad asking them to review it and see if they can grant the visa but I've heard islamabad are lazy and don't look at the review just send the case back to go into court.

Shame what's the point of review process if half the time they don't look at the application and it ends up in court. Just like to waste time and we have to suffer because we are the ones who are living without our loved ones

Yes we only got 1 email saying that its processed.
So I told my hubby to head down to Lahore that same night as he stays in Multan.

The next morning we received and email and a text saying that the application has been received at Lahore, so my hubby went to collect it straight away.

He never got a call.

They have changed their email style i believe. So 1 email doesn't mean danger.

I'm post graduate n according to their own law I was exempt of it Bt don't know why they refused me. No email from thm no call only text came.

I am really sorry to hear of your refusal. I think language requirements were changed in October 2014 again, as they always make changes. I pray may Allah(swt) give u patience in this time.

This is a new thing thy are doing i knw one friend from facebook. her sister applied from islb 1 nov 2014. she also didnt received any emails just call from gerrys and it was a refusal.

Just a quick update to my timeline which had not managed to do do earlier.

my example is probably one of the bad ones where they have taken as much time as they possibly can at each stage.
Inshallah I pray that nobody goes through this much of a wait. I think they do things slighty quicker these days.

My wife is still awaiting the call in letter to get her visa stamped.
