Hi everyone,

I sent my application on the 28th Oct via Check&Send but still didn't receive any text message from IPS confirming the receipt.
I called IPS on the 1st Nov to check if they've received my application and they confirmed that my application got delivered on 31st October.

Does IPS always send a text on the receipt of your passport application? Also I am still waiting for an interview letter.

My question is it possible i apply my British passport but arrange interview date after one month when i will be back to UK. Is it possible to arrange like this?

When i will go abroad then no one will be at my home to receive new passport. Any help will be appreciated.

Shouldn't be an issue

When i will go abroad then no one will be at my home to receive new passport.
Either have someone sign it for you or have to re-schedule it when it's missed - not too big a deal.

Remember though that if you apply for British passport you need to send in your other passports with your application.
