I was outside of the service area for DHL to deliver to my home, I elected to pick my passport up from their depot. My supporting documents were forwarded to StarTrack for delivery, they attempted delivery when I wasn't home, and I had to pick them up from my nearest post office. Delivery was definitely the worst part!
Still, 4 weeks including the Christmas/New Year period is pretty good for a first passport from overseas.
