my application hit the six month mark on 6th/7th of june , before that i sent two emails to HO one about my change of address and the other a month ago about progress, at that time no information was given as six month period was nt over and now i sent an email on 6th,
everytime i gt da rply within 24hrs...
There is no fee to pay to the HO for the application but you will need to pay for the postage yourself. I suggest you send it using special delivery which includes insurance in case your documents get lost.suzuki1985 wrote:Hi,
to apply eea2 is free or not? How should i send my application mean that should i notice for post office worker that i send to home office or put everything to envelope and send with tracking number?

YES, add a pre-paid, self addressed special delivery envelope and note its tracking number before putting it inside the main envelope. that's if you want to have your docs returned back to you safely and securelysuzuki1985 wrote:into the envelope, should i add paid envelope?Jambo wrote:There is no fee to pay to the HO for the application but you will need to pay for the postage yourself. Just your EEA spouse, as it shows proof they are exercising their EU rights here.suzuki1985 wrote:thanx for replies, my souse is working, also, i m working, should i add my payslips or just eea spouses payslips?

What exactly they say you when you rang them? I believe that once you ring them after 20 june then they will give you good news and you will receive your RC within 10 days. (Finger cross and keep praying)

This is bad. I understand that. What best you can do is that on 20 june dispatch a letter stating about the progress of your application and also attached empty A4 size envelope having first class post stamp on it. May be that would work for you?
Tell me about it. Ours was straight forward and there was no criminal offense or overstayingwaren2k12 wrote:It's really unfair how they treat december applicants!
Some sent their applications in Feb, March and even April, yet they tend to be treated more fairly!
