Hello

I have two main questions please.

1. Earliest application for ILR is 28 days prior to 1st visa issue date - SO is this BRP date or Vignette Sticker date . My BRP was first issued 6/9/2019 , Entry Clearance vignette starts 9/9/2019.

2. My Dependents on current Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for ILR yet . I want to extend their SW dependent visa and the form asks for main applicant i.e mine UAN number ? Should I put my previous SW UAN here even if I have ILR ?
I want to avoid switching the SW dependents visa to ILR dependent which will reset the ILR clock , heard this is a common mistake . Please advise , thanks.

Presume you are on SWV, if so calculate it from 6/9/2019 as 28days before completing 5yrs in UK counting from BRP Issuance date.

The earliest date of ILR eligibility is your initial visa issue date + 5 years - 28 days.
Note that the date of application is not critical: Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision
