Documents required to apply for ILR(5 yrs -T2,General)?

Hi ,
I was wondering if I could get some help with respect to documentation required to apply for ILR after 5 yrs on Tier 2 (General).

Can someone please provide me a list of documents required, employer letter (?), what should the letter from employer state (exactly)

Do I need all my P60s?

Do I need statements from my UK bank account? ( I only have an offshore account in Channel Island), I don’t have a bank account in mainland UK.

You help would be greatly appreciated !

I am bit concerned about using an offshore account rather than a mainland UK account.

Is my concern valid?
