Documents for passport renewal

Hi all,

I need to apply for renewal of my passport as I have run out of blank pages. At the same time, I would also like to change the address on the passport from my old university address to my parents' house. I will need to send in the application via post.

The following is the list of documents I am planning to send in.

1. Application form
2. Passport
3. 4 photographs
4. Self-addressed special delivery envelope
5. Copy of my Indian driving license
6. Fees (postal order)

I have a few questions about this.

1. Do I need to send in my original driving license with they copy?
2. The fees for the passport renewal is £52 and for the change of address is £9. Should I then send in one postal order for £61 or two separate ones for £52 and £9 ?
3. Do I need to send in my original UK residence card?

Any advice/guidance will be much appreciated!
