about bundle submition

Hi all

I got hearing date 4th july 2014 in my ent. Visa 50 k route.

In latter ukba ask for submition of bundle with in 3 week.

I miss that date and my solicitor suggest not to worry about it because we have not enough evidence for bundle right nnow. So he will submit bundle after 1 month.

pls suggest is this right or wrong ?
