One More Refusal on Business Plan and Website

Got my refusal today with right of appeal

1) You stated working with Pizza shop with minimum wage makes 13000/year, I dont believe 25000 is your genuine money.
2) Business Plan copied from Bplan start up services.
3) Website is a copy of another website currently trading with such and such name.
4) You said there are 10-15 competitors in your local area but I searched on Yell.com there are more then 150 competitors with same services for small offices.
5) I dont believe you are genuine entrepreneur and intend to invest money in such and such services.

Money in joint account in UK.

1) Decisions made by HO based on probabilities are easily challenged in court.
2) Not every business is registered on Yell.com and Yell.com is a private owned company run by Hibu. How can HO expect a private owned company to give the exact picture of the area?
3) HO should rely more on Company House webcheck service rather than Google and Yell.com. This shows poor training and lack of adequate knowledge by HO caseworkers.
4) If your Business Plan and website was copied word by word, then you are in trouble because you cannot claim someone else's work as your own unless you have their permission to do so.
5) Typing IT services in Yell.com will generate all kinds of businesses which are providing generic services. Some of them would be active while some would not be active. It's important what kind of 'specific' IT services you are providing.
