Time Limit for Travelling to UK on Tier 2 Dependent.

Post by jack_daniel » Fri May 02, 2014 6:41 pm

Hi,

My spouse got her Dependent visa stamped from India on 17th Of April 2014 and she is planning to come to UK by end of May this year.
It might be a silly question to ask.
But Does anyone knows is there any minimum time limit to travel to UK once the visa is issued. Say the travel has to be made within 30 or 60 days of the visa date.
After which the visa could be invalidated and entry clearance could be denied.

Please share your thoughts and experience.

Kind Regards
JD

No. If she delays by several months it may affect when she would be eligible to apply for ILR.
