De facto separation from EEA citizen and naturalisation

Hello, I'm an American citizen and I got a Permanent residence card through my EEA husband using an EEA4 form.
Unfortunately things between us haven't gone as expected and we are planning to live separately.
As we aren't planning to divorce or legally separate just yet, this will only be a "de facto", not a legal separation and therefore I assume my legal status will continue to be "married".
I'm planning to apply for British citizenship very soon (as soon as the year from the date on my PRC has passed) and I'm a bit concerned my "de facto" separation might be a problem.
On the AN application they don't only ask what my marital status is but they also ask for the partners address (Question 1.35).
I'm aware that now that I have a permanent residence card I am no longer dependent on my EEA husband, however I'm a worried that specifying that I am married but my husband lives at the same address in the same city might look suspicious or not OK to the eyes of the Home Office.
Could I ask what your opinion on this is?

Not an issue and has no affect on the naturalisation application.
