home office withdraw my appeal and my application was refused on the basis of treaty rights when caseworker call my husband employer my husband was not working there anymore he changed his job we informed home office about the change of job by post home office did not get that letter,so they refused to issue residence card later on i appeal send them proof of posting change of job letter and new job documents evidences,home office withdraw my hearing and reconsider the case so the caseworker ring my husband employee to confirm the job for treaty rights and employer confirm my husband job,its been 10 days i have not hear anything from home office.can anybody help me out what will be the outcome.???????????

If they have found out that your husband is working in the place you say he was they will likely issue the RC.
They should know that you will be able to win at appeal if he is really working there. That is probably why they withdrew the appeal.
You can still contact the caseworker if you his/her details.

yes my husband employer confirmed the caseworker that he is working .i do not have the contact and it been 2 weeks the caseworker rung my husband work place but i have not hear anything since than,what else home office want i mean why they are taking long,i have to travel urgently,anyways plz if anyone can give me the contact of where to find the progress will be appreciable.

you should wait bit more and if you have to travel you can ask your passport back.

thnx everybody for the reply, hopefully i get residence card soon,aww dear my passport got expire while my application to homeoffice so homeoffice got my passport and hopefully they issue the visa on A4 paper?what do u people say???

if your passport is expired you can be issued RC on isd a4 size paper it has same worth nothing to worry about.
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.

but im stress out even two weeks ago my hsubands work place confirm his employment why ukba taking too long,i have not travel 4 years to my country and moreover ts been 1 month im stuck in this residence card

application,tell me something the reason of taking longer and ukba all contact numbers are not in progress they are not taking any calls.

relax and wait more as things take time. i know its frustrating to wait . i know a case where it took 18 months to get RC .
AND there are caese it took only 5 weeks to get RC,
HOPE YOU GET YOUR RC SOON TOO.

thnx alot,and tell me casworker endorse visa or caseworker make decision and than other department print visa.i mean to say every department is different?visa printing department posting documents department?may be thats why it took long?what do u think???

toofan i rung eea customer line today,they said before refusal my passport and documents were kept by other department,the appeal department requested my passport and documents to other department which been received by home office on the 19th may 2014 and they said its still in process, so tell me whats going on any idea,they ahve already rung my husband workplace and confirm the work rights,now whats going on???any idea all they said is wait for post.

the applications outcome can take time so dont get panic if every thing is in order and requirements are fulfilled hopefully you get RC .
they have to decided the application within 6 months thats eu law.
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.
