Fiance / Marriage Visa

Hi,

My partner is abroad (Morocco) and I would like to bring her to the UK.

Im in a bit of a dilemma of what visa to get.

To get married in Morocco and then get a spouse visa take a long time 2-3 month wait. Ill have to come back to the UK to work. This can be a bit daunting for the both of us been apart from eachother.

Is there any general visa that will allow a few months stay in the uk and then can be switched to a spouse visa ?

With the fiance visa, is there any time difference on how long the visa will get processed ?

The fiancee setttlement visa will allow her to enter the UK for six months, marry and then apply for settlement from inside the UK. The processing time is about 3 months or less. After the marriage, and before the end of the six month deadline, a new application must be made from inside the UK.
