French Visa (missing documents?)

Post by MoeSimpson » Mon May 12, 2014 2:26 pm

Hi everyone,

I've submitted my documents for Schengen French tourist visa last Friday. I'm Thai but married to British Man and also on an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). We got married in Thailand so our marriage certificate is in Thai but I've translated it into English but my mistake :( I didn't go to the Royal Thai Embassy in London to get an approval translation stamp but I still submit the documents anyway. Will this effect my visa? As the website says "all the documents which is not in English must translate into English and stamp to approved by the embassy in the UK the issued it".

I got all the other required documents; our joint bank statements (which is have more than £35000 in the account), hotel confirmation, flights confirmation. As I'm a housewife so I did give them my husband pay's slips, letter from his company (he is a pilot of British Airways) and also got 3 pervious Schengen visa before.

Any idea? A bit nervous and worry now!
Thank you in advance.
