Hi,

Not sure if there is any issue if the spouse name is not present in your passport.
However i guess Marriage certficate will act as an evidence.

Below are the required documents you need for Tier2 Dependent visa from abroad.

Completed Online Visa application form
TB Certificate
Your Passport
Your Bio ID
2 UK Visa photos
Marriage Certificate
Main Applicant Passport and Visa copies
COS
UK Residence proof (like House agreement, Council tax, utitlities etc)
A rated Sponsor Maintanence Letter or Bank statements to support maintainence
Main Applicant Invitation Letter

Hey thanks for quick reply.
I have a problem here.My husband got too long name.He has different names in payslips, bank statements, which are very different from name on his BRP card.He has payslips for this financial year(1 month) with updated name on it.Is it mandatory to produce 3 months payslips or 1 month will suffice??.

Plz help me out

Hi,

No idea on the naming mismatch
However i don't think you need to submit 3 months payslips, All you need is a A rated Sponsor maintainence letter or 3 months Bank statements (UK or Abroad) to support your maintainence Funds (£600/£630 GBP equivalent)
Experts please advise.

Also make sure you give proof of substantial relationship just prove you are still in relationship, your/husband's phone bills, email/skype/chat history, marriage photo as I recently applied visa from Mumbai and those documents were asked.
