I have finally decided to apply this week for my residence.I need some further clarification. My family permit is expired. My wife has not worked since we came.I have been the only one working.I have taken a comprehensive insurance policy, which cost me 92 pounds for both of us.I have few days to cancel it.Which I plan to,having discovered here it could cost less for both of us.
I do not want to go through the agony of been refused the residence card,so I do seek your eternal help on this.As my case seem dicey and tricky.Need to get everything right. We both have a joint account, tenancy agreement from a private landlord,CSI,and council tax.The electricity bill is in my name. Will this be enough proof,or do I need more.
1.Will my wife will be excising treaty right as self sufficient, though am the one working.
2.She has an agency contract, though she never worked for them,as they have never called her for work...can we submit this alongside our application.
3.If she gets a job,am I obliged to continue paying the health insurance.Even though she would be paying tax.The insurance company informed me they are mandated under the law to inform the UKBA about us cancelling the health insurance policy. Will that disqualify me while process is on? or do I continue to pay until the successful approval of the RC.
I had 2 jobs, now I only have one, which is a zero hour contract.I resigned from the other job Will payslips from February be enough evidence, even though most of the earning came from the one I resigned from.
Please I wouldn't mind any suggestions as to what else to submit with my application to have a successful review.I intend to apply as self sufficient.
Cheers.
