My husbands appeal was allowed on 29th May 2014

Exactly how many days do i have to wait to be sure the Home Office are not gonna challenge the decision?

The determination letter says they have 5 days but I've read cases on here when people have got letters after 2 weeks saying its been challenged

When can i breath the sigh of relief?
Spouse Application: 7th January 2013
Application Refused: 18th March 2013
Appeal Allowed: 29th May 2014
Visa Stamped: 7th August 2014
FLR (M): Applied in Person at Croydon 12th April 2017
BRP Recieved: 18th April 2017
