simple question please about joining my fiance in UK

i knew my fiance for 8 months since (last year of novembre) , she is divorced with two kids , she visited me twice ,
we want to get married in the summer.
1- Is 8 months enough for a relationship to get married or it must be more than a year!!!!
2- i i didnt meet her kids in real life , due to some circumstances because tickets expensive , and the holidays of my fiance didnt fit with their school holidays , and also when im getting married they want to go with their father to greece.
will it affect my chance of getting a visa and join my future wife ???
